Premiere Business Innovations is seeking a Senior Copier Service Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Senior Copier Service Technician include, but are not limited to:
Interact with internal and external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment, document solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Supervising and co-training junior staff.
Spearheading projects.

Helping define technology needs for the company, as well as, installing and maintaining MFP office equipment at customer locations.
Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure junior staff are appropriately maintaining their car stock.
Familiar with network integration, scanning implementations, install plans and open to researching and testing new technology.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior Copier Service Technician are:
A High School Diploma or GED is required and a Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Detail Oriented.
Motivation to learn new Technology.
Good Communicator/Listener.
Must have related experience in the industry (minimally 5-7+ years of prior field service experience as a technician working on color copiers, printers and MFPs preferred).
Strong comprehension of small and large format, and color production processes; computer and LAN networking experience a plus.
This position requires a valid, driver’s license and reliable transportation with a minimum level of auto insurance coverage.
Physical requirements: ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or to lift or move 50 pounds.
