A huge part of that positive experience is our rep, Tom. He is absolutely amazing and such a joy to work with. Whether I’m calling with a big issue or something small, Tom is always quick to respond, find a solution, and, when needed, get a technician out immediately, or even stop in himself. His responsiveness and commitment to making sure everything is taken care of are truly exceptional. There’s never a bad day when dealing with Tom, he’s simply the best! He goes above and beyond every time, and it’s rare to find someone who is not only so knowledgeable and dependable, but also genuinely great to work with. PBI is fantastic, we're very glad we found them. Every time we have an issue with our copier or large format printer, they are here quickly. Excellent service techs. Miguel and Quinn were here within an hour today, got both of our printers up and running after a week of issues. Major was here last time and was excellent too.
