Premiere Business Innovations is seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, disciplined, technologically savvy, well-organized, professional and has perseverance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for generating business-to-business (B2B) leads for our sales team in Westchester County, NY and surrounding areas.
The Sales Development Representative is responsible to:
• Initiate outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media & cold call visits) within an assigned territory
• Leverage email campaigns to engage target prospects
• Manage social media tools for prospect development
• Strategically utilize tools to identify qualified prospects
• Interact with target prospects and deliver compelling value propositions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments
• Maintain accurate prospecting records and forecasts; daily CRM management
• Develop essential selling skills through comprehensive training to prepare for a successful sales career
• Enhance knowledge of products being sold and market segments
• Adhoc projects, as needed

Location: Onsite in Pleasantville, NY + Prospect locations
Compensation: $85k OTE ($50k base + % of commission)

The Person
• Associates degree in Business Administration; Bachelors preferred
• Time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic – dependable, consistent, and deadline-driven
• Open to feedback, collaborative and a willingness to constantly improve and learn
• Technology Savvy (hardware and software)
• High energy mentality with a desire to exceed sales & appointment quotas
• Resilient in the face of rejection, turning setbacks into growth opportunities.
• Active listener and able to ask thoughtful questions
• Excellent customer service & relationship builder
• Strong prospecting and cold calling experience
• Professional and courteous
Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability – This position requires a valid, driver’s license
and reliable transportation with a minimum level of auto insurance coverage.
